NO POWER PLAY UPDATE: Rain delays toss in Guwahati

The toss for the Indian Premier League clash between Rajasthan Royals Mumbai Indians clash in Guwahati has been delayed.

Torrential rain earlier in the day left sizable puddles around the outfield as ground staff play cay and mouse with conditions shifting from heavy downpours to brief lulls and back again.

The covers have seen most of the action so far and multiple inspections have been pushed back due to the temperamental weather. Officials remain concerned about the saturated square boundaries and the softness of the outfield, with several areas still visibly holding water.
