Titans win toss and bat against Dolphins in must-win match

The Momentum Multiply Titans won the toss and chose to bat first in their must win CSA T20 Challenge clash against the Hollywoodbets Dolphins at SuperSport Park in Centurion on Friday afternoon.

It is the Titans final pool match and they have to win, preferably with a bonus point, to stay in contention for a place in the competition playoffs.

The Dolphins currently occupy fourth place on the log, on 14 points, four ahead of the Titans, and have a final pool match against the Lions on Sunday, and they know a win will secure their place in the knockouts.

They also know that two good wins could see them sneak into the top two on the log, which qualifies a team for the first playoff and gives them two bites at the cherry to reach the final, so there is plenty to play for in the match for both teams.
